So far my stay at Oak Tree Park has been excellent. A quiet and generally clean place. Maintenance response was quick when I reported a breakage.

Maintenance is always great here. I submitted a request to fix the heater in my apartment and the maintenance showed up the same day and also stayed late to make sure my heater was working properly. The staff here is always friendly and welcoming. Never had any issues.

My heater stopped working & my kitchen light went out. I submitted a request & two maintenance men came by within a few hours & figured out the problem with my heater & fixed the issue as well as replacing the light bulb. They did a great job. I appreciate their promptness & efficiency. Thank you.
